As Men we are called to think deeper and with more virtue because our thoughts determine our actions.

Praying consistently helps us develop a habit of thinking on a higher level.

What should we think about?

We can take some advice from St. Paul in the book of Philippians:

“Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, thing about these things.”

As you go about your day be aware of what you are thinking about.

Think intentionally about thoughts that will encourage you to love God and the people around you.

When you notice that your thoughts are negative and self-destructive guide your thoughts in a more virtuous direction.

Teach your children the power of there thoughts and how their most dominate thoughts determines their actions.
